UNC5B is a receptor for the netrin family of guidance molecules. It was identified as a mediator of the repulsive response in neurons and it is the only known netrin receptor with prominent endothelial expression. It has an important role in angiogenesis signaling. Sequence: The extracellular region of human UNC5B (aa 28-363) is fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1. Storage and Stability: Short-term Storage: +4 degrees C Long-term Storage: -20 degrees C Stable for at least 6 months after receipt when stored at -20 degrees C.
