Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 3 (VEGFR-3, Fms-like Tyrosine Kinase 4, FLT-4, Tyrosine-protein Kinase Receptor FLT4, Flt4, Flt-4) (APC)

VEGFR-3 is a receptor tyrosine kinase that is widely expressed in the early embryo, but is restricted to lymphatic endothelia at later stages of development. Both VEGF C and VEGF D have been shown to bind and activate VEGFR-3.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nFlow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells. Validated using bEND.3 cells.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nFlow Cytometry Protocol:\n1. Cells may be Fc-blocked with 1ug of mouse IgG/10e5 cells for 15 minutes at RT. Do not wash excess blocking IgG from this reaction.\n2. After blocking, add 10ul of V2110-20M to up to 1x10e6 cells and incubate for 30 minutes at RT.\n3. Remove unbound antibody by washing the cells twice in Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer (Catalog # F4568-10). Note that whole blood requires a RBC lysis step at this point using Flow Cytometry Mouse Lyse Buffer.\n4. Resuspend the cells in Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer for final flow cytometric analysis. As a control for this analysis, cells in a separate tube should be treated with APC-labeled goat IgG antibody. \n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable for at 12 months at 4 degrees C. Freezing allophycocyanin conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. Allophycocyaninconjugates are sensitive to light.
