Cat no: V2110-05D

VEGF (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor, Vascular Permeability Factor, VEGFA, VPF)

Vascular Endothelial Cell Growth Factor (VEGF) is a secreted homodimeric protein secreted by a variety of vascularized tissues. The reported activities of VEGF include stimulation of endothelial cell growth, angiogenesis, and capillary permeability. Human VEGF is a 38.2kD protein consisting of two 165 amino acid polypeptide chains.\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in ELISA. Other applications have not been tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nELISA: 1.25-5ug/ml. Use 100ul/well for coating\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. \n\nRecommended Pair: \nCapture: V2110-05D Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF)\nDetection: V2110-03E Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) (Biotin)\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
