WC1 expression appears to be heterogeneous and antibodies of this cluster show differing reaction patterns. CC101 immunoprecipitates a 215 kD molecule from bovine cells, and also recognizes the swine homolog of WC1, which is a 180kD molecule. In pigs the 180kD molecule is expressed by a gamma/delta TCR positive T-cell population that is also CD2-, CD4-, CD8-. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
