Wingless-type MMTV integration site family, member 3A (Wnt3a) is a member of the Wnt family. The Wnt gene family is representative of a growing class of multifunctioanl factors that play a role in both tumorigenesis and patterning events required for normal differentiation and development. Wnt3a is a ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:2000
Western Blot: 1:2000, 1-3ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3.75ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
