Yes is the cellular homolog of the Yamaguchi sarcoma virus oncogene. This protein has tyrosine kinase activity and belongs to the src family of proteins. Yes is closely related to thymidylate synthase (1). It promotes infectivity of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in epithelial cells by phosphorylating MCP/CD46 (2).\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Immunoprecipitation.
