ZAP 70 (TCR Zeta Associated Protein kinase 70kD) (AP)

ZAP 70, also known as TCR zeta associated protein kinase 70kD, is a protein tyrosine kinase (PTK) with the primary role of catalyzing the phosphorylation of tyrosine residues in cellular proteins, and thus, contributes significantly to the initiation of cell signaling. ZAP 70 is expressed on T cells and NK cells.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA and Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. \n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nELISA: 1:500-1:1000\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Alkaline phosphatase conjugates are sensitive to light.
