Cell-permeable. A selective inhibitor of cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase (PDE V) (IC50 = 0.45uM). Inhibits PDE IX only at higher concentrations (IC50 = 35uM). Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at RT. Stable for 12 months at -RT. Reconstitute with DMSO. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at RT. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at RT. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
