ZNF202 (Zinc finger protein 202) is a transcriptional repressor of genes affecting the vascular endothelium as well as lipid metabolism and energy homeostasis. Among its targets are structural components of lipoprotein particles (apolipoproteins AIV, CIII, and E), enzymes involved in lipid processing (lipoprotein lipase, lecithin cholesteryl ester transferase), transporters involved in lipid homeostasis (ABCA1, ABCG1), and several genes involved in processes related to energy metabolism and vascular disease.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:1,000\nWestern Blot: 1:100-500\nImmunohistochemistry: 1:50-100\nFlow Cytometry: 1:10-50\nImmunofluorescence: 1:10-50\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Do not freeze APC conjugates. Light sensitive. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
