Zysorbin (S. aureus Protein A Positive, Isorbin, Fixed and Killed S. aureus Protein A Positive Strain, Fixed Protein A Strain, Protein A Positive Strain, Killed Protein A Strain)

The strong cell wall of S. aureus Protein A strain provides an excellent anchor for active Protein A molecules. After fix and kill, the cells become fine solid particles with active Protein A molecules on it. The Protein A particles can be used in absorbance and purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, and immobilizing antibody in immunoprecipitation and co-immunoprecipitation assays.\n\nBinding Capacity:\nOne ml of the 10% suspension is capable of binding 1.6mg of rabbit IgG.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions: \nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nLyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
