ACK1, phosphorylated (Tyr518) (Tyrosine Kinase Non-receptor Protein 2, Activated CDC42 Kinase 1, ACK-1, TNK2) (Biotin)

ACK1 is a tyrosine kinase that binds Cdc42Hs in its GTP-bound form and inhibits both the intrinsic and GTPase-activating protein (GAP)-stimulated GTPase activity of Cdc42Hs. This binding is mediated by a unique sequence of 47aa C-terminal to an SH3 domain. The protein may be involved in a regulatory mechanism that sustains the GTP-bound active form of Cdc42Hs and which is directly linked to a tyrosine phosphorylation signal transduction pathway.\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in ELISA and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:1,000 \nDot Blot: 1:500\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
