Purified empty capsids suitable for cell entry studies, approx. 5x10e9 capsids. Applications: Suitable for labelling cell entry studies (using e.g. Cy2) as well as SDS-PAGE control for virus analysis. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
