ATG16L1 (Autophagy-related protein 16-1, APG16-like 1, ATG16L1, APG16L) (Azide free) (HRP)

The protein encoded by this gene is part of a large protein complex that is necessary for autophagy, the major process by which intracellular components are targeted to lysosomes for degradation. Defects in this gene are a cause of susceptibility to inflammatory bowel disease type 10 (IBD10). Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA : 1:4000\nWestern Blot: 1:60\nImmunohistochemistry: 1:10~50\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degrees C with glycerol. Do not freeze horseradish peroxidase conjugates which could result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Light sensitive. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
