Revealing the molecular signals involved in B and T cell activation is critical to the future discovery of therapeutics that can augment cell-mediated immune responses to disease. CD150 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that is involved in signal transduction of antigen specific responses in B and T cells. It is expressed by activated B cells isolated from tonsils and peripheral blood, B cells in germinal centers and mantle zone of lymph nodes, immature thymocytes, and CD45RO+CD45RA- subpopulation of T cells. This antibody has been used to detect CD150 in neoplastic cells from diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, hairy cell leukemia, and some tumors of ectodermal origin.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nFlow Cytometry: 1-10ug/ml\nImmunohistochemistry: Frozen\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
