The clone was obtained by screening hybridoma supernatants in ELISA against purified recombinant Fc ALCAM. Fc ALCAM consists of the Fc part of human immunoglobulin and the extracellular part of ALCAM. The monoclonal is positive on K562 cells transfected with C-DNA encoding ALCAM and is negative on K562 cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot and Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 5ug/ml per 10e5 cells Immunohistochemistry: 5ug/ml (frozen sections) Western Blot: 5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
