CD45 (LCA) common leukocyte antigens are members of the T200 glycoprotein complex. CD45 antigen is a protein tyrosine phosphatase. CD45 antigen is present on all human leukocytes and progenitors in bone marrow. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:10 Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:10. Does not require antigen retrieval. Immunohistochemistry (resin): 1:10 Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment . Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
