C-terminal Src kinase (Csk, p50Csk) is ubiquitously expressed in 50kD cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase. Csk is involved in the regulation integrin control of cell attachment and shape. Over expression of Csk is localized in focal adhesions and developing embryonic brain, with especially high levels of expression in lymphoid tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 2.5-5ug/ml for 2hr, RT Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Jurkat cells Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
