Cyclin B1 (BSA & Azide Free)

In mammals, cyclin B associates with inactive p34cdc2. Cyclin B-p34cdc2 plays a critical role in G2 to M transition. \n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions: \nImmunoprecipitation (Native and denatured): 2ug/mg protein lysate. Use Protein A.\nImmunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 2-4ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. \nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nPositive Control: \nLS174T cells. Tonsil or breast carcinoma.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
