DHX9, otherwise known as ATP-dependent RNA helicase A, is a transcriptional activator and member of the DEAD box helicase family. DHX9 is a component of the coding region determinant (CRD)-mediated complex and exhibits RNA helicase activity, unwinding double-stranded DNA and RNA in a 3' to 5' direction.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control:
Nuclear lysates of cell line HeLa
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
