The 5' to 3' double-strand DNA exonuclease (Exo1) is coded by EXO1 gene. It was identified in Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a gene encoding an exonuclease that interacts with meiosis-specific MutS homologue (MSH2) and functions in mismatch repair and genetic recombination.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml for 2h, RT
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

MCF-7, MAD109
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
