The human high affinity Fc receptor for IgE (Fc epsilon R1), plays a central role in the IgE-mediated allergic response. Fc epsilon R1 consists of four subunits, a high affinity IgE binding alpha subunit, a beta chain and two di-sulphide linked gamma subunits. \n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nFlow Cytometry: Neat; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nRecommended Negative Control:\nI1904-84H3: IgG2b Negative Control, Mouse (PE)\n\nHybridoma: \nSp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. \n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Stable for at least 12 months at 4 degrees C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.

Recognizes human FceRI, alpha. Specifically recognizes the extracellular D1 domain of FceRI, alpha. Primarily expressed on mast cells and basophils but expression has also been reported on monocytes, Langerhans cells and dendritic cells from patients with atopic diseases.
