Fibroblast Growth Factor-19 (FGF-19) is a high affinity heparin dependent ligand for FGFR4. The antibody recognizes ~21.8kD of human FGF-19 protein containing 195 amino acid residues. Application: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-4ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Recombinant human FGF-19 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
