Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nImmunohistochemistry: Frozen sections.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Additional Info

Reacts with fibronectin in connectie tissues and vessels. Strongly stains matrix fibronectin in tissues. Animal biodistribution experiments have shown that after intravenous administration, F4215-04A localizes to tumor vessels where it binds to the underlying basement membrane. At the same time, the antigen recognized by F4215-04A is not accessible in normal tissues to circulating antibody indicating that this antibody can be used to target tumor vessels specifically in vivo. Does not recognize a soluble dimeric form of fibronectin (plasma fibronectin). Species Crossreactivity: Human and mouse.
