Plasma Fibronectin is a secreted dimeric protein. It is involved in cell adhesion, migration, wound healing and other cellular processes. Human Fibronectin shares 92% and 90% aa sequence homology with bovine and mouse Fibronectin, respectively.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile TBS, 0.01% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
