Additional Information

Follicle-stimulating hormone is essential for normal reproductive function in males and females. FSHR ene encodes a 695-amino acid predicted protein. Amino acid sequence similarity is high in omparison with the previously described rat gene, ranging from 82% in exon 9 to 100% in exon 3. Human FSH receptor is mapped to chromosome 2p21. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
