FOXP2, otherwise known as Forkhead box P2, a highly conserved member of the FOX family of transcription factors, which plays an essential role in brain and lung development. Studies have revealed the importance of FOXP2 in mediating the development of speech and language, and mutations in the human FOXP2 gene have been linked to developmental verbal dyspraxia.
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.

Western Blot: 0.5-1.5ug/ml
ELISA: 1:32,000

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
