It contains an acetyltransferase domain, a proline-rich domain, an SH2 domain, a ZP motif, and a eukaryotic thiol protease signature motif. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to FUS2, fused to T7 tag at N-terminal expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~32.9kD Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70 degrees C.
