Fyn is a non receptor protein tyrosine kinase (~59kD) that belongs to the Src family of cytoplasmic tyrosine kinases.\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nImmunoprecipitation: Prepare cell lysates in lysing buffer with N-dodecyl beta-D-maltoside (20mM Tris/Cl, 100mM NaCl pH 8.2, 1% laurylmaltosid (w/v), 50mM NaF) for 30 min on ice in an orbital incubator in lysing buffer. \nWestern Blot: 1:500\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nWB Positive Control:\nJurkat cell line\n\nIP Positive control: \nJ77 T-cell line lysate\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
