FZD3 (Frizzled 3, Frizzled-3, Fz-3, hFz3)

Frizzled-3 (FZD3) is a Frizzled Receptor that mediates Wnt signaling. It is widely expressed, mostly in brain and urogenital tissues. FZD3 is also expressed in the epidermis and developing hair follicles. FZD3 has been implicated in the development of axon tracts in the forebrain. A truncated form of FZD3 exists due to alternative splicing. FZD3 expression has been documented in blood, brain, colon, kidney, lung, lymph node, ovary, pancreas, skeletal muscle, skin, spinal cord, stomach, urogenital tract, and uterus. ESTs have been isolated from amnion, brain, colon, eye, heart, kidney, lymph, skin, and testis libraries.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:2000\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
