SREB3, a member of the SREB (Super-Conserved Receptor Expressed in Brain) family of GPCRs, is an Orphan-A GPCR with an unknown ligand. SREB3 has been reported to be expressed in several areas of human and rat CNS (Matsumoto et al., 2000), as well as in genital organs. ESTs have been isolated from lung libraries, as well as cancer libraries of the brain, colon, and lung.

Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 2ug/ml

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
