GPRC5C is an Orphan-C GPCR induced by retinoids. GPRC5C has been reported to be expressed in kidney, pancreas, prostate, liver, spleen, colon, small intestine, and testis. ESTs have been isolated from brain, colon, embryo, eye, heart, kidney, liver, liver/spleen, lung, pancreas, prostate, spleen, and testis libraries.

Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 17ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
