The His-STREPPER is an adapter molecule comprising Strep-tagII (SA-WSHPQFEK) conjugated with a nickel charged tris-NTA. It tightly binds the 6xHis-tag and thereby converts a 6xHis-tag fusion protein to a Strep-tagII fusion protein without the need for cloning. If the results obtained with the His-STREPPER are not as expected we will refund the money for the Trial Kit and if you are satisfied you will get additional 500micro g His-STREPPER for free.
