HIV-1 env gp120, Strain IIIB, Recombinant (Human Immunodeficiency Virus-1) (FITC)

Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: \n4-5\n\nBiological Activity: \nThis FITC-conjugated gp120 binds to CD4 bearing T-cells as determined by FACS. \n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Direct Immunoflouorescent staining, FACS, Immunohistochemistry and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nDirect Immunoflouorescence: 1:50\nDot Blot: (same/more than) 1:100 using purified anti-gp120 monoclonal or rabbit polyclonal antibodies.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nFor long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
