IgG2b (FITC), Mouse, Negative Control

I6098-52BN is a control to approximate the amount of nonspecific binding of FITC conjugated mouse IgG2b monoclonal antibodies to human lymphocytes in a whole blood procedure with analysis by flow cytometry. It is suitable for use as negative isotype control for FC analysis using the primary antibody H6098-52A (anti-HLA Class 1 Antigen B27 (FITC) antibody). \n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nFlow Cytometry: 1ug (10ul) per 100ul whole blood.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nFITC/Protein Ratio: \n6.0\n\nStorage and Stability:\nStore at 4 degrees C in the dark. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
