This ELISA kit has been calibrated using a recombinant human IkBa standard expressed in E. coli.\n\nSensitivity:\n< 30pg/ml\n\nRange:\n62.5-4000pg/ml\n\nSpecificity:\nThis ELISA does not crossreact with rat or mouse. Other species have not been tested.
