This Human IFN-g ELISA kit is to be used for the in vitro quantitative determination of concentrations in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant and other biological fluids. It is intended for research use only and is not to be used in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.\n\nKit Components:\nI7662-16H1: FN-g Microtiter Plate 1x96 wells. Pre-coated with anti-human IFN-g monoclonal antibody.\n\nI7662-16H2: Pab (HRP) 1x14ml. Anti-human IFN-g polyclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish peroxidase with preservative.\n\n*I7662-16H3: IFN-g Standard 2x1vial. Recombinant human IFN-g (3.2ng/vial) in a buffered protein base with preservative, lyophilized.\n \nI7662-16H4: Calibrator Diluent I 1x22ml. Animal serum with preservative. For serum/plasma testing.\n \nI7662-16H5: Calibrator Diluent II (5X) 1x22ml. Cell culture medium with calf serum and preservative. For cell culture supernatant/urine testing.\n \nI7662-16H6: Wash Buffer (20X) 1x60ml, 20-fold concentrated solution of buffered surfactant.\n \nI7662-16H7: Substrate A 1x10ml\nBuffered solution with H2O2.\n\nI7662-16H8: Substrate B 1x10ml\nBuffered solution with TMB.\n \nI7662-16H9: Stop Solution 1x14ml\n2N Sulphuric Acid (H2SO4). Caution: Caustic Material! \n\nSensitivity: \nI7662-16H4: Calibrator Diluent I 13.1pg/ml\nI7662-16H5: Calibrator Diluent II 7.5pg/ml\n\nRange: 0-1600pg/ml\n\nStorage and Stability:\nStore *I7662-16H3 powder at 4 degrees C liquid at -20 degrees C. Store other components at 4 degrees C. Stable for 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. \n
