Applications: \nSuitable for use in Neutralization, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution: \nELISA: >0.5ug/ml Detects by direct ELISA (100ul/well), 0.2-0.4ng/well of mouse Interleukin 1 beta (IL1b).\nWestern Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Detects1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. \nNeutralization: 0.57-0.86ug/ml Yields one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity (50ng/ml)).\nOptimal dilution determined by the researcher. \n\nStorage and Stability:\nLyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. \n\nCountry of Origin: \nUSA
