This gene encodes a member of the Kruppel-like family of transcription factors. The gene exhibits imprinted expression from the maternal allele in embryonic and extra-embryonic tissues. Expression of this gene is induced by TGF-beta, and the protein represses TGF-beta receptor II expression. The protein functions as part of a transcriptional co-repressor complex that also contains the transcriptional regulator SIN3A and histone deacetylase 2.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:1,000\nWestern Blot: 1:100-500\nFlow Cytometry: 1:10-50\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Do not freeze APC conjugates. Light sensitive. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
