This gene encodes a protein involved in the regulation of transcription factors involved in MAP kinase signaling. The symbol MIZ1 has also been associated with ZBTB17 which is a different gene located on chromosome 1. Two alternatively spliced transcripts encoding different isoforms have been described. \n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry Other applications have not been tested. \n\nRecommended Dilutions: \nPeptide ELISA Titer: 1:8000\nImmunohistochemistry: 3-5ug/ml In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows nuclear and extra-nuclear staining in spermatids.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. \n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
