Applications: \nSuitable for use in Ras af?nity precipitation. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nRas af?nity precipitation: 5-10ug. Precipitates Ras-GTP from HeLa lysates that were loaded in vitro with GTPgS and EGF-stimulated HeLa cells that were lysed in a magnesium containing lysis buffer. Note: Due to spontaneous deactivation of Ras, use lysates that have been stored at -70 degrees C for less than 1 month.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nAliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
