SF-20 (Stromal Cell-derived Growth Factor SF20, Interleukin-25) (Biotin)

Mouse stromal cell-derived growth factor 20 (SF-20), otherwise known as interleukin-25 (IL-25), a 166aa secreted growth factor and member of the UPF0556 family. SF-20 should not be confused with interleukin 17E (IL-17E), which is also alternatively called IL-25.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 0.25-1ug/ml\nWestern Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nLyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
