SI-CLP (Stabilin-1-Interacting Chitinase-Like Protein, Chitinase Domain-Containing Protein 1, CHID1, GL008, PSEC0104, SB139) (PE)

Stabilin-interacting chitinase like protein (SI-CLP) is a novel member of the Glyco_18-domain containing protein family. SI-CLP is a secretory protein which is up-regulated in response to interleukin-4 and dexamethasone in alternatively activated macrophages. SI-CLP is also expressed by T- and B-lymphocytes, and by cells of monocytic and epithelial origin. SI-CLP is the ligand for stabilin-1, an intracellular sorting receptor which sorts SI-CLP into late endosomes and secretory lysosomes in activated macrophages.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nFlow Cytometry: Neat; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. \nMembrane permeabilisation is required for this application. \nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nLyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degrees C. Reconstitute by adding sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4 degrees C. DO NOT FREEZE! Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
