STK35 can interact with PDLIM1/CLP-36 in the cytoplasm and localize to actin stress fibers. The encoded kinase may be a regulator of actin stress fibers in nonmuscle cells. This protein has also been found in the nucleus. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:16,000 Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, observed in human testis lysates on ~45kD bands Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
