TGase II is implicated in programmed cell death, signal transduction, drug resistance, cell growth, endocytosis, insulin secretion, cell adhesion, cataract formation, and wound healing. \n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions: \nImmunoprecipitation (Native verified): 10ug/mg protein lysate. Use Protein A. \nWestern Blot: 5-10ug/ml for 2hrs at RT \nImmunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 5-10ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT. Note: Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. (Excellent for staining of endothelial cells in mouse tissues).\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.\n\nPositive Control: \nHUVEC cells, breast carcinoma. \n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
