TREM-1 stimulates neutrophils and monocytes-mediated inflammatory responses. TREM-1 activation, together with LPS and other PRR ligands, amplifies the production pro-inflammatory cytokines and thus the inflammatory response. The TREM-1 pathway also plays a crucial role in septic shock. Clone has been shown to activate monocytes and granulocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:5-1:10 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: Streptavidin APC Streptavidin FITC Streptavidin TRITC Streptavidin RPE, RPE Streptavidin HRP Streptavidin Alk. Phos. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
