WIF1 (Wnt Inhibitory Factor 1, WIF-1, UNQ191/PRO217)

Wnt inhibitory factor 1, also known as Wif-1, is a secreted protein that binds to Wnt proteins involved in the embryonic development and cancer, and inhibits their activity. Wif-1 protein contains a WNT inhibitory factor (WIF) domain and 5 epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like domains. It may be involved in mesoderm segmentation. This protein is found to be present in fish, amphibia and mammals. Recombinant human Wif-1 protein, fused to His-tag at C-terminal domain, was expressed in Hi-5 cell using baculovirus expression system and purified by using conventional chromatography. \n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nImmunofluorescence: 1:200-1:1000\nELISA: 1:10,000\nWestern Blot: 1:500-1:2000\nImmunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
