A pyrolysate that exhibited mutagenic activity toward Salmonella typhimurium TA98 and TA100 from the pyrolytic products of soybean globulin. Melting Point: 194-196 degrees C Storage and Stability: May be stored at RT for short-term only. Long-term storage is recommended at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
