Adrenergic Receptor, beta 3 (B3AR, BAR3, ADRB3R, Beta-3 adrenoreceptor)

ADRB3 is a transmembrane protein and member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family primarily expressed by adipose tissue, which acts as a regulator of lipolysis and heat production. The ADRB3 variant Arg-64 has been identified as a possible candidate gene linked with obesity, and to an increased susceptibility to non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM).\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:128,000\nWestern Blot: 0.03-0.1ug/ml\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nRecommended Secondary Antibodies:\nI1904-28V IgG, Fc (HRP) Pab RbxGt\n\nRecommended Useful Reagents:\nHUMAN BRAIN TOTAL PROTEIN LYSATE \nHUMAN CEREBELLUM, LEFT TOTAL PROTEIN LYSATE\nHUMAN CEREBELLUM, RIGHT TOTAL PROTEIN LYSATE \n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
