Annexin A10 (ANXA10, annexin A10, ANX14, annexin 14)

This gene encodes a member of the annexin family. Members of this calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein family play a role in the regulation of cellular growth and in signal transduction pathways. The function of this gene has not yet been determined.\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution: \nELISA: 1:8000\nWestern Blot: 1ug/ml. Currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted size of approx. 37kD according to NP_009124.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
