Serves as a substrate-specific adapter for the CUL3-based ubiquitin-protein E3 ligase complex. Negatively regulates the Wnt signaling pathway via the targeted ubiquitination and subsequent proteolysis of DVL3. Component of an ubiquitin-protein E3 ligase complex which includes at least CUL3 and KLHL12. This complex interacts with DVL3 upon activation of the Wnt signaling pathway by WNT3A. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: Predicted molecular weight 68kD. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
